What is easier and quicker to prepare than a light Egg Salad for Lunch, Dinner, or even a snack between meals? One or two hard boiled Eggs run through the egg cutter, prepared with a light Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, some yellow Mustard, a small splash of White Vinegar a spoon of Dill Relish and a few dashes of Delicious Noise, spiced to your best taste, served on a bed of refreshing mixed Lettuce....makes your heart sing!
