A refreshing and extra light snack for Lunch on
your porch, or as an Appetizer before Dinner!
This is truly an Italian original! Simple and quick to prepare, on a slice of home
made and toasted Bread, with a clove of thinly sliced Garlic layered over the
whole slice of Bread, loaded with small diced tomatoes and topped with fresh
chopped basil, hand graded Parmesan cheese and a nice shot of virgin Olive Oil,
cold pressed from organic Olives and spiced to best taste with Delicious Noise...
