Roland Zuercher

Roland Zuercher, born in Basel / Switzerland, went through an education in Gastronomy & Administration. In his later years, he got involved in the Real Estate Business and established his own business in Alsace / France, until he relocated to the

USA in 1998, where he re-educated himself and followed the then heavily trending IT-business. Soon he formed his own enterprise, offering IT-services, where he ultimately met-up-and became a partner in a successful Software Engineering Firm with headquarter in Atlanta (GA). After a few years, both Companies merged into FliFi-International L.L.C. whose business front on the ground is an Artisan Market Business called SilkBasket, producing Swiss specialties of which the main product is a

Spice Blend, created by Mr. Zuercher, as a Swiss Chef in the early 1980ies.

Using the IT-technical branch of his Business, he and his Partners created an online registry called SAM Eats, where Artisan Food & Beverage Vendors of all walks of categories can get listed and converge as a strong Group of mutual interest. This and the engineering of a viable platform, which can handle the load of large numbers of participants here in the USA and beyond, has become a main focus, in his career.

His extensive experience in business administration and his far-sight in market behaviors is a valuable go to for all involved.
