Chef Roland's Meatloaf Blend,
A Symphony of Flavors..
This is a fabulous marriage between two select pieces of lean Beef and Pork, home-ground and happyfied with fresh, fine diced Onions, Garlic, Carrots and Leak, com-bound with whole Egg, a few dashes of unseasoned Bread Crumbs and some Dijon Mustard, all seasoned to perfection with...Delicious Noise, (a composition of 25 carefully selected Herbs). All well blended together, placed in a Cake Pan and baked in the oven, will result in your best Meatloaf ever. Serve it with Mashed Potatoes or Rice.
