Ingredients: yellow Onion, Garlic, Tomatoes, Leak, Tomato-Paste, Bacon, Ketchup, Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Molasses, Brown Sugar, dark/sweet Swiss Chocolate, Whiskey, Orange Juice, Lime Juice, Liquid Smoke (Stubb's), Butter, Liquid Noise and of course Delicious Noise with some extra mild Chili.
Cut your bacon in cubes, clean and dice the Onion, the Garlic and the Leak, slow sear your Bacon in the pan, add and reduce your Onions before you stir in the Garlic and the Leak under heat, now add Tomato Paste and Mustard and stir it all together, before you glaze it off with the Vinegar. Then add the peeled Tomatoes and, under stirring, cook it all down to a Sauce. Add the Brown Sugar, the Molasses, the Chocolate, the Orange- and Lime -Juice and spice it with your favorite Liquid- and Delicious -Noise and some extra Chili, cook it down to thicken the Sauce. With your hand blender, blend it to a smooth consistency *and Stir in the Whiskey and give it that silky smooth and shiny look with two nice pieces of fresh Butter. (Spice it to taste with Liquid-and Delicious -Noise) *(Extra fine? Strain the Sauce before you proceed with the final steps)
