It is the purpose of this series, to bring you, the best of ideas to get the maximum enjoyment out of our Product.
Today I want to remind you of Chef Roland's slogan; Eating healthy will now taste much better, because we are using delicious, Delicious Noise, or as in this case our most savory Liquid Noise and let's make it a meal all by itself!
Peel some Carrots and cut them fine (julienne), or buy it finished cut from your favorite Store. Next, remove the 3 or 4 outer leaves from your White Cabbage, cut in half and slice each half into 1/4 inch strips and wash the Cabbage well in cold water, then using a strainer, drain the water and let it drip off well. Now peel and chop a White Onion real fine. Mix the Cabbage and the Carrots in a salad bowl and add the Onions. Give it a couple of good tosses and let it sit while you prepare the Dressing.
In a bowl mix some low fat Yogurt with some Mayonnaise, some Sour Cream, add a good squirt of Yellow Mustard, some Apple Cider Vinegar and a healthy spoon of Sugar, then spice it with a few good dashes of Delicious Noise and finish it up with Liquid Noise to taste and top it off with some fresh Chives
