Chef Roland's Mexican Salsa

Chef Roland's Mexican Salsa

It is the purpose of this series, to bring you, the best of ideas to get the maximum enjoyment out of our Product.

Hot Stuff but what a refreshing and tasty appetizer for your upcoming Garden-Party!

Have you ever noticed how quickly that bowl of Salsa is usually empty by the time you get your turn? Make your own and put half away for yourself! And it's so easy: For 4 People, blanch and peel 3 ripe Tomatoes, dice them up in small cubes, clean and dice 2 Red Peppers (seeds removed) then peel and dice (1/2" x 1/2") 1 1/2 White Onions, clean and chop 1 Red Chili-Pepper (with the seeds), next you need the Juice of 1 whole Lemon, 2 T-spoons of sugar, 1 Tb-spoon of Dijon Mustard and 1 Tb-spoon of Delicious Noise. Heat up some virgin Olive Oil, then add and sauté the Onions the Chili and the Red Peppers for a few minutes. Now add the Lemon Juice, the Mustard, the Tomatoes, the Sugar and the Delicious Noise and let it all simmer for about 90 minutes. Stir it all frequently and finish it up to taste, by adding some more Delicious Noise if necessary and let it cool, before serving it or storing it in your Refrigerator.

It would be wonderful if you were willing to share your own experience and how you used Delicious Noise, with everyone in our gourmet Community and in turn get inspired by some of the ideas you can find here. We would like to share your unique idea with a photo, in this very venue!
