Cod Filet - Oven Baked

A very light Friday- Lunch or -Dinner..

On the outside a golden, crunchy crust and on the inside tender and juicy, this oven baked filet from freshly caught Cod is not only very tasty, but also very healthy and a light meal to enjoy. The filet spiced with Delicious Noise and a breeze of extra Dill then breaded and baked in the oven for 15 minutes and served up with home made leaf spinach poached in some butter and fine chopped Onions and Garlic, all topped off with a Cream of Tartar, all made to taste best with your favorite Condiment in the house. Feel GOOD, after Dinner!
