Herb Butter-Cream

Simply roll-up this ferocious flavor Bomb, store it

in your fridge and explode it when you need it!

It is composed of three sticks of Butter, fresh, fine chopped-Garlic and -Shallots,

Dijon Mustard, some lime juice, generously flavored with Delicious Noise and

fine chopped Chive and/or Parsley, then work it all into a creamy mass.

Bring it onto a sheet of baking paper and kind of shape it into a 2 inch roll.

Roll-wrap in the paper sheet, store and let it solidify in your fridge and cut it in

1/2 inch slices before melting it happily on your grilled Steak, Burger, Shrimps,

your Mashed Potatoes or Pasta or simply melt it on a slice of toast for Lunch!
