Potato Croquettes

.....Croquettes, a 5 *****side that always wanted

 to be a snack, if only it were smaller!

A favorite dish on many Gourmet Restaurant's menu. Peel and clean a few well stored winter potatoes, cook them well done and finely mash them up and let them cool down. Now add 2 whole Eggs, some butter and a handful of unflavored bread crumbs, flavor it generously with Delicious Noise and kneed it into a somewhat firm dough. Fill it into a Pastry-bag and push it on to a cookiesheet lined with baking paper, cut them into 4" pieces and bake them golden brown in the oven at 320f for 20 minutes.
