Roast Beef Au Jus - Tartar

This will want to make you sit down and eat... a succulent 5 Star Meal in your own home!

Allow yourself the luxury and save the time of going through the effort to cook a hand picked Roast from the butcher, instead purchase a dozen of juicy Roast Beef slices, (1/8") from your favorite Deli. Prepare your Tartar Sauce with a little Mayo and some Sour Cream or natural Yoghurt and Dijon Mustard, strain and add some Dill Relish, add 1/4 of a fine chopped, white Onion and spice it all to perfection with your favorite Delicious Noise. Prepare some Au Jus, spice it with DN and add some coarse black Pepper from the mill. To serve the dish, fan out the Roast slices on a plate and with a spoon lightly arose the Au Jus over the tender Meat. As a side you can bake some French fries in the oven, or simply cut a few thin Potato Wedges and bake them on a cooky sheet, creased with a thin layer of Olive Oil.
