Steamed Cauliflower 

It is the purpose of this series, to bring you, the best of ideas to get the maximum enjoyment out of our Product.

.An easy to prepare side, loaded with Vitamins

 C and K, healthy from bloom to stem!

On a sauce Mornay baked over with a spicy aged Swiss Gruyere, or simply steamed, as I am suggesting it here, Cauliflower is way up there on the scale of vegetable sides. Get a medium sized, Cauliflower, cut all the greens off of the stems and wash it in saltwater, now set the whole Cauliflower (stems down), in a pan with 1.5 " of water (spiced with Delicious Noise), Olive Oil, a few flakes of Butter. Then cover the pan and turn up the heat, and when it starts boiling, steam it for 17 min. finally top it off with some Delicious Noise and... voila..
